Suzanne
was a professor in Anatomy and Cell Biology in
the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry at the University of
Western Ontario. She was also my wife.

Details
Peacefully, surrounded by her family at London Health Sciences Centre -
Victoria Hospital on Thursday, May 3rd, 2007, Suzanne Marie Bernier in
her 42nd year.
Beloved wife of Jeff Regan. Cherished daughter of Shirley and
Phil Bernier of Lachine, Quebec. Loving sister of Robert Bernier and
his wife Tina of Ottawa. Dear daughter in law of Ken and the late
Marion Regan. Dear sister in law of Judy and John Hannivan of
Kincardine, Shelley and Bill Mackenzie, Sue, Peter and Lissa, John,
Mark and Tracy and Shannon Regan of London. Cherished aunt of
Genevieve and Sophie Bernier, Jessica and Ryan Hannivan, Danielle and
Melissa Metler, Mark & Mike Mackenzie, and Amy, Sarah, Mary, Leah,
and Brooklyn Regan.
Through her research, Suzanne contributed to advancing knowledge in
musculo-skeletal health and arthritis and to training of future
scientists.
Her funeral was held in London, Ontario, and there was a Memorial
Service that followed in Lachine, Quebec, both in May. Interment in St.
Peter's Cemetery, London, Ontario.
